The BD 20 search fee covers a doctor review of your reports, the hospital search and quotes, and your case manager.

What if you cannot find me a proper quote?
If we cannot give you a proper quote within 3 to 4 weeks of receiving your reports, we refund the BD 20 search fee. If you go ahead with treatment, the fee is credited to your bill. Search fee terms
What does the quote include?
Every line the hospital charges for, such as the procedure, the surgeon, the hospital stay and aftercare, plus travel items like the hotel, transfers and an interpreter when you need them. Each line is in BHD, and a Saleem doctor reviews the quote before it reaches you.
Can someone travel with me?
Yes. Tell us who is coming, and their flights and stay are planned with yours and shown in your quote.
Do I need a visa?
It depends on your passport and the country. Your case manager confirms the visa requirements for your passport and helps you with the application.
Will someone speak Arabic with me?
Yes. You can talk to us in Arabic or English. At the hospital, we arrange an Arabic interpreter when you need one.
What happens when I am back home?
We help you get your reports translated and book a visit with your doctor in Bahrain, check in on your recovery on a schedule, and arrange a video follow-up with a Saleem doctor if you need one.
