Questions

What do people ask before they start?

All questions and answers
What does the BD 20 cover, and when do I pay it?
It covers a Saleem doctor's review of your reports, the hospital search with itemised quotes explained, and a case manager until you are home. You pay it after your intro call. If you go ahead with treatment, it is credited to your bill. If we cannot give you a proper quote within 3 to 4 weeks of receiving your reports, we refund it. Search fee terms
Who sees my reports?
Saleem's medical team reviews them first. A hospital receives them after you agree in writing, and only the hospitals you approve.
Can my family travel with me?
Yes. Tell us who is coming, and your case manager plans their flights and stay with yours. Visa requirements depend on each passport, and your case manager confirms them.
Does Saleem give medical advice?
No. Saleem AI and our coordinators help with the arrangements. Doctors give medical advice, in a consultation: a Saleem doctor by video, or your treating doctor at the hospital.
Which countries can I be treated in?
Thailand, South Korea, India, Jordan, Turkey and the United Kingdom, with care at home in Bahrain, including follow-up after treatment. See destinations
